Situated towards the North end of King Street and only a short walk to the Esplanade,the Brentwood Villa is a family run Bed and Breakfast. The property is a traditional Aberdeen detached villa .The premises have been refurbished during 2007/2008 and are well maintained. All rooms are fitted out to a high standard. Our over riding aim is to provide you with a quality B & B experience at reasonable cost. The Brentwood Villa is a true "Home from Home by the sea" . Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated, most having en-suite facilities. All have colour televisions, hospitality trays, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, quality fittings, double glazing and central heating. Single, twin, double and family rooms are all available.

Our dining room is exceptionally spacious and offers a light and airy room in which to enjoy breakfast. Whether you prefer one of Lorraine's Scottish breakfasts or a continental alternative we are certain you will not be disappointed.

| Tariff/Grading |
Tariffs commence at £33 and are dependant upon length of stay, seasonality and room type. Due to the popularity of the Brentwood Villa it is recommended that to avoid disappointment, rooms are reserved as early as possible. We feel we offer excellent value at affordable prices, given our Scottish Tourist Board rating of 3 STARS-GUEST ACCOMMODATION-(August 2008). The Brentwood Villa operates a no smoking policy throughout. Please note that we are unable to accept pets.
